Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 13, 2026. Enterprise SaaS Agreement.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Audentix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is a legally binding agreement between Audentix Systems India and the pharmacy entity ("Client") subscribing to the service.
2. Usage License
Subject to compliance with these terms, Audentix grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the pharmacy management platform for internal business operations. **Prohibited Use:** Users shall not reverse engineer, data-mine, or use the platform for any illegal medical transactions.
3. Data Ownership
**Client Data:** The Client retains all rights, title, and interest in and to all medicine inventory, billing records, and patient data. **Platform Data:** Audentix retains ownership of the software, design, and aggregated, anonymized usage analytics used to improve system performance.
4. Professional Responsibility
The Client (Pharmacist/Owner) is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of drug names, dosages, and expiration dates during the billing process. Audentix is a tool to assist operations and is not a substitute for professional pharmacological verification.
5. Service Availability (SLA)
We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 24 hours in advance. Audentix's offline-sync feature (PWA) is provided to mitigate connectivity issues, but persistent cloud sync requires a stable internet connection.
6. Fees & Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance based on the chosen plan. Failure to pay within 7 days of the invoice date may result in a temporary suspension of cloud sync features. All fees are non-refundable except as mandated by Indian law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audentix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, stock errors, or incorrect GST filings. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 6 months.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
